Manukau SuperClinic™ - Auckland
We usually have an informative speaker and at other times have discussions to get ideas from each other. These meetings provide a safe, caring environment where members can share feelings, concerns, experiences with methods of coping and insights into living with a chronic illness. Knowing others are in similar circumstances offers support and reassurance. Members help each other and friendships can be established.
We look forward to meeting you and any of your family or carers. If you are unable to attend, they are most welcome.
At each meeting, payment of a gold coin is appreciated to subsidise refreshments, guest speaker gratuities and venue donations.
If you are unable to attend because you live out of the area or you are not well enough or the times are not suitable, contact us and we will endeavour to put you in touch with others in your area. Our emphasis is on care and support throughout New Zealand .
Lupus can be a lonely disease. Lupus Care & Support's aim is for no one to feel isolated, lonely or confused.
